This month we’re thankful for moms, three day weekends and these three delicious recipes! If you haven’t planned your start-of-summer feast, we have some flavors – Grilled pineapple! Key West chicken! Flourless Zucchini Bread! – that will get your tastebuds signing and high-fiving.
1 Pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into rings.
1/4 Teaspoon of honey
3 Tablespoons of butter
1 Place pineapple in a large resealable plastic bag. Add honey, butter, hot pepper sauce, and salt. Seal bag, and shake to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably overnight.
2 Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
3 Grill pineapple for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until heated through and grill marks appear.
